Joanne (of Jeffrey) found us on the internet like many of our off-shore clients. We hit it off right away as we chatted away on the phone inspite of the "long-distance" call. She's based in New Jersey and we're in Manila. She expressed to us how happy she was to have found us. Her exact words " You can't imagine how happy I was to find you!". Apparently, she had been checking out the WAW online resource for months but she was wary as to who she can deal with. 

And of course, we were also ecstatic to find her---one of our ideal clients. Someone who may be demanding BUT within reason, someone who is appreciative of our efforts (and grateful! This isn't a thankless job after all), and someone who knows what she wants yet gives us room to express our creativity!  A perfect match!

We truly appreciate working with ideal clients especially since we understand that with so many options these days, it is proving to be a challenge to select a supplier whom you can trust in the first place.  We are clients ourselves in many aspects of our business and we have dealt with suppliers from other countries for a few years now.  Until that product shipment arrives at our door (and after we have checked that everything's as we expected it to be), our fingers are crossed and our prayers are unanswered. We understand the great risks involved in ordering from a supplier in some unknown place, remitting payments to some off-shore bank account, talking even to virtual strangers (with thick accents to boot  ). Hence, we are particularly motivated when dealing with clients abroad. We make it our goal to meet our clients expectations and try to go beyond it even.

She had a very basic list of requirements. She wants 200 invitations, blue and silver motif, invitation should be in a box and if possible, incorporate feathers as fillers and she needed it in 3 weeks!   

We refrain from making huge promises...we just deliver a product that we can also be proud of.  We especially love to surprise our clients with enhancements that weren't initially discussed, and that we don't really charge extra for (export quality box packaging even if we know that the inspiration image she showed us was of less quality, a foldable box even, foil printing, framed invite card). 

We were inspired by Joanne's vision of her dream invite and was excited to execute it!  We were eager to grab the chance to create something different! 

Besides...she picked us amongst the rest :) It is the least we can do for a client who is willing to take that leap of faith in working with us.
